This has all the components needed to play this monopoly version of Final Fantasy. The rules for the original Monopoly are applied, but not included. I would recommend laminating the board and card. The tokens could be glued to foam board or card board and cut out for more depth. The money itself is optional, but I didn't laminate it in my version.
