I'm not sure I understand your question. I have the base game, 5-6 player extension, and Seafarers expansion. All of those pieces just barely fit into the box with the insert, but the lid doesn't fit on tightly. I tossed the insert and now use these boxes (which I have provided for each expansion I own).
These hex boxes are free to slide around within the Catan box, but the fit is tight enough that nothing comes loose for me.
Wow, ok, I feel a bit foolish. I hadn't realized the scale (hadn't printed yet) and thought the box was to replace the original box and fit everything in. This is much cooler. So you put these inside of the original box without the insert? Do you do something to keep all the cards nicely situated? Thanks again and my apologies for the dumb question!!!
I put the hexes in their respective boxes and store everything in the game box without the insert. I have the base game cards in a rubber band (since I threw out the card box) and I keep the 5-6 player extension cards in a little bag.

Do you have any plans on creating more boxes? Say for Seafarers Extenstion, and the two Traders and barbarians games? I love the look of the three you have created so far.
I found your seafarers expension file about 10 minutes after I posted that haha.
I found someone who made boxes for T&B but they didn't post the pdf and they weren't as good as yours IMO.
The T&B one would be a bit different because Rivers has 3 tiles connected, but in my setup (I have all the sets in one case becuase I was tired of getting out 6 boxes to play) I leave the connected hexes aside, and have all the single hexes together (Most of them contained in your boxes now.)
A tuckbox could be created for the single hexes though Base: 1 Fisherman, 1 Caravan, 1 Barbarian Attack, 3 Traders 5-6: 1 Fisherman, 1 Caravan, 1 Barbarian Attack, 1 Rivers, 5 traders
Could be cool.
If your looking for demand I'd be a +1 haha (But I completely understand if you're not interested in making anything for it, we're all busy and time would be better spent play settlers than making boxes for it )
I'll need high-quality images of the tiles. If you can find a scan of the unpunched 4th edition tiles, that would be best. I'm sure someone has uploaded those to the image gallery.
I'd definitely love another set of boxes for T&B! Your other boxes are great, so much so that I can't even imagine having to carry around all those other expansion boxes anymore. Thanks for your work, Ken. It's appreciated!
Thanks for your patience, everyone. I just finished a move across the country, so these boxes were on the low-end of my priorities. I did JUST submit the T&B boxes, though. I'll post here once they've been approved!
