This spreadsheet created to analyze the profit/loss of shares purchased over the course of a game of Chicago Express/Wabash Cannonball. Each page in the workbook covers a round of the game and is linked the previous page. The 'Game analysis' sheet gives the profit/loss for shares purchased in each RR company. This workbook can used to analyze the decisions in your games, or to run hypothetical games. One word of caution: When you save the file and open it, save it as a different name when you use it. Entering in the income levels of RR companies and results of auctions overwrites formulas in the respective cells, so you'll need to not save the changes or open the original file to use it for a different game. Hope you find it interesting.

Small player aid for Chicago Express and Narrow Gauge/Erie expansion. 3 player aids per sheet. Note that Wabash and Erie are listed as having 10/13 trains - this deliberately does not count the initial Fort Wayne/Buffalo trains in order to be consistent with the four major companies.

One-sheet quick summary of rules. First page covers game flow, second page contains setup and end game conditions. Version 1.2: Fixes an incorrect description of player turns and clarifies turn sequence.

A black and white, easy-to-look at board to replace the beautiful but garish board that comes with Chicago Express. I suggest using posterazor to cut the image up in the way that most pleases you. Inkscape SVG file available upon request. A colourised, updated version is in the works, but the B&W version is perfectly playable fresh off the printer. And you can colour it in with coloured pencil or watercolours or what-have-you if you'd like. For economy of space, no Wabash charter is present on this map.

I whipped up this spreadsheet this weekend with formulae to take all of the work out of calculating dividends in Chicago Express/Wabash Cannonball. Each time a player purchases a share, you update the player's share holdings in the table. Each time a company's income is increased, simply update the company's income on the sheet and each player's total general dividend payout is updated in real-time so that payouts are already calculated for you when they arise.

Wabash Cannonball Session Report Aid: This document is intended to help create detailed session reports while minimizing in game disruption. Simply fill out the information requested as the game progresses and take a picture at the end of each turn. Since the game is of undefined length, you will need multiple copies of the second page.

This worksheet tracks the timing and purchase prices of stock certificates during the game, as well as dividend payouts. This information contributes to a meaningful post-game discussion of players' investment decisions.

This chart is an expansion of the Railroad Income Chart which lets you easily track the payouts for each share and not have to remember whether to round up or round down. Each column is income level, and each row is dividend per number of outstanding shares. When a new share is capitalized, just move the railroad’s cube up one row and it will be sitting on the minimum bid amount (which is the dividend amount). The red squares are a reminder that you must subtract one from the dividend for a Chicago Dividend. Green squares always pay the listed value whether General or Chicago. Print on cardstock, cut to fit, join the two pieces together, and optionally laminate it.

Mats for the five railroads to store their stock certificates, treasury, and track cubes. Notes are added to each showing the starting auction order, initial income, number of shares, and number of track cubes. The stock section is sized to fit Isaac Bickerstaff's excellent stock shares ( see http://www.boardgamegeek.com/file/info/29871 ). Print on cardstock, laminate, and cut along guide lines.

Larger (2.5 x 3.5 inches), more thematic stock certificates for use in the game. I borrowed some images of real stock certificates from the companies and tinted them to match the colors of the cubes in the game.
