Yeastman's Custom Formula DE Rules

These house rules were implemented by our group to solve some key issues with the game:
1) keep everyone playing, stop eliminating players so frequently
2) remove some dice frustrations
3) make the game mirror real-life racing a more
4) remove some problem stock rules (pit stops, etc)
5) speed up gameplay
Our group is set of players who are really greater race fans than gamers; this ruleset is aimed with towards those with such an approach. These are a *must* for us; without these rules this game would simply not see table time for our group; I hope they work well for others as well.
