i have the utmost confidence this will be a very short geeklist. there maybe some scruffy challengers who think they're ready (maybe some unbeknownst game featuring puck and human hygiene) but i've searched the games database and there are no gary colemans or peewee hermans in our midst, the best out there is an omar sherif game (knock out first round). and i've seen the kid with the green goo and the tighty whiteys with the skids... dont even try. this is heavy weight wackiness we're talking about.
i'll call an honest match and announce a winner (this judge can be swayed by massive consensus).

lets get it on!

thank you to all of the contenders. unfortunately there can only be one champion.
the judges scorecard for world's wackiest game can be found here:

and in this corner the undisputed champion of whack who laughs in the face (er chest?) of busen memo. starting off in modest beginnings with some kids declaring "this game is cool" in between choruses of "ice ice baby dun da dun dun dun dun dun..." who would of thought that with the rise of the likes of nwa and the typhoon of public ridicule of its namesake we would see this game rise from its humble beginnings to champion of the gaming world. from christmas wishlists to pure "oh my god, this must be hell" magic (Michael Debije). this game will put the smackdown on any challengers. it features the electronic beat box for petes sake.

It's hard to think of a more satirical game than Panzer Pranks ("WWII as it really was in the movies"). Where else do you find rules about stacking female and male tanks in the same hex, resulting in unintentional pregnancies and paternaty suits.

I guess maybe this game ISN'T anything to sneeze at.

Really sad story. In highschool a bunch of my friends and I played strip Risk. Since there were no women there, and we were all straight, it made it very difficult to win. Clothes came off as territories were lost, and went back on as they were won.

Nobody won that day.

Fortunately, I somehow managed to redeem that experience with Strip Pictionary. We were all VERY good at the game, except for the team with the attractive girl.

Everyone won that day.

Morgan mentioned this recently... it's a roll-and-move game in which the players control sloths. Whoever comes last in the race is the winner, and the optimal strategy is to fall asleep for most of the game (in which case your sloth gets a token with a picture of a log being sawn on it). Includes a wacky d6 with '23' on one face.

We've played it a few times and it's always a hoot. Rumored talk about making it a Live Action Role-Playing version. I can imagine hotel staff at a conventions coming in and seeing gamers throwing empty beer cans around ... wait, I guess that's already been done in a few Cirucs Max games.

The other point of interest is with the rather well-endowed farmer playing piece. He's holding some sort of farm tool that makes it look like he's got a hugh dick. Given that it's a kid's game, I guess it's appropriate to exclaim "but would somebody PLEASE! think of the children." Guess he spent too much time behind the barn...

I think this could de-throne the vanilla ice game as there are five of these turkeys on the cover of this game.

Okay, I do have a copy of this sitting on my shelf. I got it for like 50 cents at a garage sale as a gift for my sister, but it's missing the rules. When I figure out how to offer GeekGold, I'll offer some up to whoever will upload some rules.

And I didn't admit to owning the game because I consider myself to be holding it in trust for future generations. Well, maybe shame played SOME role.

Jeez-loweez! I asked for this for Christmas when I was a little kid. My folks were scandalized of course, since they were hard-core, fundy baptists. I had no idea why they wouldn't tell me what was wrong with this game! (I had to be ten years old or a little less). I just remember being so bummed on christmas morning; now, all these years later I see the darned thing again! I forget where I saw or heard of it... must've been tv. I'd get off the bus from grade school and sneak and watch "Dark Shadows." Gave 'em fits. Oh well... thanks for the trip down memory lane and lettin' me bootleg a little therapy off'n ya.

The idea here is to go on the worst date possible. But wait, that's only half the game. After your horible date you meet up with friends (the other players) at a bar and try to get free drinks out of them by telling em your sob story of your horrible date. Watch out, if your friend's dates are worse you'll be the one ending up buying drinks!

Appearently, whoever spends the least amount of money on drinks at the end of the night is the winner.

While Grade Up to Elite Cow obviously wins, I think that this game does get honorable mention.

It is all about Breeding the perfect Lawn Gnome. The fact that they are bought, sold, as worked as slave labor in the garden is weird. The fact that they are all male is just dowright whacky.

I believe both the Lord of the Rings series and Discworld comment on the fact that this is the case for dwarfs (both sexes have well established beards). I don't have the quote handy from Discworld, but it was along the lines of "once brestfeeding is complete, there is no difference in male and female dwarf work, so why differentiate?"

I wish everyone here could see this thing function in real life. It would certainly with for "Champion of Most Unsettling Game."

As kids my brother and I used to force our friends to play this against each other so we could watch with knots in our stomachs as those fleshy puppet hands would surrealistically grab the marbles and raise them, slowly, to their mouths as they would... [shudder]

Sometimes, I swear, they were looking right at you as they fed. Oh, yes. They fed.

Not much of a game, Capital Punishment was a parody on the American criminal justice system, and the follow-up publication to Public Assistance, which ripped the US welfare system, and associated cultures.

Neither has any real value as a game. They're simplistic roll-and-move-and-read-the-instructions-on-the-space/card designs, with less imagination than even Monopoly. Conservatives will likely find it humorous, and liberals will find it inflammatory; both reactions are just what the designers -- a couple of businessmen back in the '80s --- intended.

No real replayability. yuk
