This is the traditional weekly thrift and bargain finds list.
These lists may start empty, but as always, add your items.
Put in what you consider a bargain, tell us how much you paid and the place you got it from. Bargains can be thrift store finds or any second-hand purchases or discounted boardgames bought new. Don't forget to add your encounters with the Thrift Store Irritant Squad and any other embellishments in order to make it even more interesting.
The Thrift Store/Bargain Finds List Wayback Machine: The Grand Vizier is maintaining a list of all the weekly lists through time. He is also adding stats and interesting tidbits for us thrifty geeks. Your Thrift Store Bargain Finds Through Time (with links to all previous lists)
Our GeekGuild: Welcome to The Ancient and Loyal Order of Thrifters. Enter the halls of thriftdom at your own risk. Please do mind the stacks of prized games, do not mention the musty smell and try not to sneeze. Make sure to bow before our King Hakfoo I, and pay your due respects to previous Kings Belial, Great_Mazinga, minionhunter, Krazygit, EvilTimmy and Blackwind.

Game looks like Rummikub but apparently is a little different. I think it's missing 5 tiles. Tiles I have look different from the ones I found pictures of online. I'll have to at least upload a picture of the case so this game has something for pictures. $3.99 GW
First thrift of this ever, and I'm only the 4th owner on BGG. You're looking at the one and only picture, so I'll add some, with version info.
You move along a path of scrambled letters. When you land on a letter, you find it on the path around the outside of the board. You either write or trace the letter onto the squares of paper (provided), and then you can do something creative with that letter, like make it into a picture, or draw a picture of something that starts with that letter. It's compact and creative, and it was only $1.99, Ithaca Salvation Army.
