This is the traditional weekly thrift and bargain finds list.
These lists may start empty but as always: add your items.
Put in what you consider a bargain, tell us how much you paid and the place you got it from. Bargains can be thrift store finds or any second-hand purchases or discounted boardgames bought new. Don't forget to add your encounters with the Thrift Store Irritant Squad™ and any other embellishments in order to make it even more interesting.
The Weekly Thrift List Wayback Machine The Grand Vizier is maintaining a list of all the weekly thrift lists through time, and will be adding stats and interesting tidbits for each week. Your Thrift Store Bargain Finds Through Time

Medium sized baggie filled with a couple hundred sleeved cards.
But the baggie was already open
It looks like someone rifled through it and pocketed any rares.
Well, since it's open, might as well take a look. (I won't open a sealed baggie, but if someone else has already done the dirty work, why not see what you'd be getting)
Two stacks of mid- to late-90's Black and Green cards, from Urza block and Masques block. Probably not going to be worth grabbing...
The Black cards only had Dark Rituals of any monetary interest (around 6-8 of them). Well, what's the green side have? 3-4 Rancors, and 4-5 Priests of Titania! Well, ok. It pays to know that there are some commons that have value - something that someone who was only hunting for gold expansion symbols simply would never know.
I'll easily recoup the $3 from this, and then some.
GW $2.00. A couple of GWs after I found that "parts" copy of this, I ran across an almost complete version that I just finished inventorying. It's only missing a few cards and a blue token so I'm going to be my first customer.
Was up north this afternoon, before my son's baseball game, so stopped in at the Lake Forest Park GW. Saw a familiar-colored bookshelf box. AH 3M-like version. A bit of shelf scuff and dishing, but contents are bagged up in a ziplock, so I'm hoping that is a good sign. $3.26
EDIT: Forgot to mention I left an Ungame and a Global Survival
