In the spirit of the Definitive DungeonCrawl Geeklist, this is an attempt at creating a comprehensive listing of horror themed games, including expansions. I need your help to make it happen!
Obviously people could just click on the category "horror" to get something similar, so let's get some good commentary and insight into what makes these games good or bad.

A free, printable, fan-made cardgame based on a Japanese Horror videogame, for 2 to 4 players. A very good adaptation, with impressive card art (they´re pics from the videogame!).
I like this quite much, but the game hasn´t received the attention it deserves. You should try it!

Recount your knowledge of all ten "Friday the 13th" films, seven "A Nightmare on Elm Street" films, and the only "Freddy vs. Jason" film in an effort to collect corpses and accumulate enough bodies to win.
Game id: 25555 is the same game as this.

Runebound: Midnight is definetely in the horror genre. The world has fallen into darkness and evil has *won* The heroes are basically a rag-tag group who are trying desperately to find weapons, armor, etc. to be able to fight back and shatter the Magic Mirrors that power many of the great Evil's Citidels. If you look at the pic, you'll see the 4 Warlords that the badguy gets to play, one of which is definetely an undead Lich.
All the cards have a darker feel to them then the rest of the Runebound games, and it is definetely more horror oriented then the typical fantasy world.
Two thumbs up (of course I'm a huge Runebound fan).

I'm a little surprised this wasn't on your list yet. It's actually a good game, if you get into the style.
You play the standard group of doomed teenagers in a slasher movie. The slasher is moved by any player, and can not be attacked. This leads to lots of chasing and hiding. The players try to put clue tokens on people, once you get 3 tokens on someone, they MUST be the slasher. Now the slasher can be hurt. You win by killing the slasher or killing everyone else and being the slasher.
Fun bits: If the "Slasher" loses the lead for clues, he shows up and isn't the slasher. He was just in another room, off camera, etc. If this makes no sense, you blame the director and writers and play on.
Also, the most dangerous cards in the game are "Search," where everyone splits up to hunt the slasher, and "Sex," where two people in the same room are targeted, and they both take a wound, because you NEVER have sex in a slasher movie! Also there is a "Pizza Guy" card that will redirect an attack away from you, because the pizza guy shows up and distracts everyone.

Zombietown from the creators of Zombies! This game has 2-6 players trying to survive for 10 days in their neighborhood built around a cemetery with hordes of the undead pouring out of it. The game is fun and like most of the zombies franchise can drag on longer than you'd want it to.
The game will get bashed because for some reason, zombie game fans are all waiting on the as-yet-unreleased penultimate zombie game to be released and all that fall short of that mark suck. Why, I dont know. I truly dont believe the game that will make them all happy will ever be created so why not enjoy the games we have for what they are? There are some awesome zombie survival games in the pipes that I am excited to check out too but doesn't make this one not fun for what it is. A light zombie themed game of neighbors pitted against neighbors pitted against zombies.

The 4th installment in the Haunting House series. The game is basically an abstract puzzle maze game with a haunted house theme. This expansion adds the basement.

A very light dice gambling game that uses brains for chips. A bit of push your luck. Theme is pretty shallow but fun in a silly way. Game is basically in 2 halves. 1st have everybody takes turn rolling dice to collect as many brains from the "brain pot" in the middle of the table. Once all brains have been taken from the middle players then take turns rolling and trying to maximize points in an opponents color that way the opponent has to pay brains back to the center. play to a color that is not in use (or your own) and YOU have to pay in. You get 3 rerolls total and must stay with results of last roll. Last person with brains remaining wins.
This game, while being a decent filler is good to play with young kids to strengthen their basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication)

Ok, so it's a word game. but it comes with a bunch of tiny cthulhus! how cool is that!?! You play cards to build words but the catch is, the more angles to the letters the more powerful the word so you have to make a sanity check roll to stay sane from playing the word.

Yet another creepy themed game from Twilight Creations. It's a bidding card game designed by Knizia that has players competing as gravediggers to accumulate the most stuff from their 'clients'.

Surprised to not see this one here yet. This is currently a highly anticipated survival horror game. (I am one highly anticipating it!)
It looks to be premiering at genCon 2007.

Maybe a bit of stretch on this one, but figured I'd include it as well. Aliens land in a sleepy Midwestern town to take over it's inhabitants (ala Invasion Of The Body Snatchers).

Recently released zombie game. Don't know too much about it, but apparently it comes with it's own soundtrack. Supposed to be pretty decent.
