I'll be posting a translation of the "sister" game to this, Star Trek: The Invasion of Klingon Empire (1982), in early 2009. My impression is that they share a similar if not same ruleset.
A baseball card game based off of the Wizardy fantasy computer RPG series? This definitely needs a translation! Unfortunately, Matt and I seem to be the only two English-speaking human beings in the world who actually own this one (and Matt actually found the expansion pack for the game!).
The problem is you still haven't moved to Minnesota.. then we could play these games that only us two have. (And once again, sorry, I'm not moving to California ^_^).
But hey, if you ever happen to get Wizardry: Tiltowait, I've got a nearly complete tranlsation for it (only not completed because the parts I didn't translate are basically the same rules as "Uno").
I only didn't translate this one yet because at the time I was most interested in the game I didn't feel like making paste up for my cards and I worked on some other games that just needed rules translations.. and now I don't think it'd get played much even if I did translate it.
Added a bunch of games I have and would be interested in translations for. Also put up Geek Gold for people giving translations to the geek on most of the ones I added.

Also I want to contribute... would be beautiful to have the translations of the Japanese games.
For example..I need the Rules of this game:
