Free PnP Expansions

There are several lists for print & play (PnP) games (see: http://www.boardgamegeek.com/wiki/page/Print_and_Play_Games), but there doesn't seem to be a list of free PnP expansions. There are some specialised lists of unofficial expansions for games that have lots of fan-created materials (such as Carc), but for most games such a list would be very short. Therefore, I started to compile a list of free PnP expansions for all games, or at least for as many as possible.
This is going to be that list. It isn't finished. It probably never will be. I started with the highest rated games and I'm slowly working my way down the ratings. Of course, additions by other BGG members are very welcome. So are comments on the expansions mentioned and suggestions for improvements of the list.
This is a list of print & play (PnP) expansions that can be downloaded for free.
This is a list of expansions, not variants, the difference being that expansions include additional components while variants don't.
The list is ordered by ranking.
Mike Cross (mcross) made a geeklist on the same subject before: Free Print and Play Expansions ( http://www.boardgamegeek.com/geeklist/13354). Somehow, I managed not to find it while doing research for this list. He had to point it out to me. Most of the expansions on Mike's list are now integrated in this list.
update (Dec. 14th) I went through most of the top 200 games (and most of the top 100 owned and rated games) and a few others. It's time for a rest.

The Coalfields
http://www.boardgamegeek.com/fileinfo.php?fileid=11477 "Map additions, new tiles, new trains, charter/tokens/stock certificates for the Norfolk & Western Railroad and the rules for adding Alan Moon's Virgina Coalfields to your 1830 game. Also includes information on combining the Reading variant with the Coalfields."
This is probably also the best place to mention free PnP 18xx games. I'll look into that later. (Unless someone beats me to it.)

I'm not aware of any PnP expansions, but all components of regular Dune seem to be available in many different versions in the files section.

As far as I know, all maps on that website are for the computer version of EB. I haven't found any PnP maps.
Actually, that website has an application that can develop maps for the computer version AND for face to face play. It's shareware, but you do get a free 30 day trial. So no, it's not free ... I posted it as an FYI (rather than as an additional item on the list) because it isn't a "*Free* PnP Expansion" ... but it does answer the original question.
