These lists may start empty but as always: add your items.
Put in what you consider a bargain, tell us how much you paid and the place you got it from. Bargains can be thrift store finds or any second-hand purchases or discounted games bought new.

GW - $.99. Majority of people I play with are strictly card players, esp. euchere, so this fits well.

Booyah! $2.17 at Goodwill. Haven't inventoried yet, and the box has serious scuffage issues, but for 2 bucks, always worth getting. Had to dig through the bins to find this one.

Found this for $2.98... Looks mostly complete... Interesting that the box states that there are 4 Hobbit pawns in the game when there are actually 6... 2 of the 3 packs of cards were still in cellophane... And all the bits were in ziploc baggies...
It's the Fantasy Flight version...

Car Wars Deluxe Edition: some use with what looks like all the counters, maybe a third not cut out yet, all the maps and tables, and rip in one of the box lid corners.
I already have a copy, along with much more Car Wars stuff, so if anyone's interested in a trade ...
$4 at Value Village, but the box also contained ...

Ditto for this Balderdash. No split corners on the box... used my keys to make sure it was all there. The paper pads are full, and even has the Games Gang catalog. Should return more than $1.21 on eBay.
Found at Value World.

Just picked up an old copy of Squatter for A$4 at a local Good Sammy's. Beats the $39.95 I almost bought it for at Australian Geographic yesterday. As complete as I'm willing to check (I'm not counting 180 sheep tokens) and in good condition.

With the implementation of thumbs-up/down for items, this opens new possibilities. We could each for instance give an UP to items we especially like and DOWN for those we despise, with the option to stay neutral of course. This way, a public "Find of the Week" could be distilled at the week's end.
Please post other ideas here and discuss.
PS, of course Brad's (Windopaene's) "The Thrift Find of the Week" will remain the most highly coveted award to aim for.
