These lists may start empty but as always: add your items.
Put in what you consider a bargain, tell us how much you paid and the place you got it from. Bargains can be thrift store finds or any second-hand purchases or discounted games bought new.

Finally, 1962/1963 3M Acquire. My first! About $5-$7 as part of a lot in a "junque" collectibles shop.
Sadly, I'm missing six tiles total and one share of stock. Luckily, I should be able to fine replacements- looks like a lot of people have the parts to spare. There's some box wear and some split corners on the inside box, but I'm excited to finally own a copy.

Same collectibles shop, again about $5-$7.
I haven't inventoried it yet, but there's a bit of wear at the corners and the lid is a little bowed. Hey, Ravensburger + Kramer + Keisling, how bad can it be?

Split corners, not in great shape. But hey, the map looks nice. Maybe I'll find out if the rumors for this game are true...

Ebay, $6.00 including shipping.
This is a good price as these have climbed up the ladder to become highly desireable.

Found this for $1 at a yard sale in excellent condition. The wife said she and her husband had played it a few times but she had one every game so her husband refused to play it anymore. It had the original receipt in it - they bought the game for over $45 a few years ago. Not a gaming family, but this will be a good one to play with my kids.

They also had this one for only $1 so I thought I pick it up since it was still sealed. I might open it or might give it to a family member who likes these kinds of games.

$10 from local seller. Very good condition, box a bit beat up, looks complete and well cared for.
So does the Saddam, Twin Towers box fetch some kind of premium? (That's the one I got).

Fine idea, however it seems like the weekly thrift list has become our convention hall(s).

You think $20 is tough. Wait till the first time you come home with a great find from the 70's, march in the living room, plop down your find of a lifetime on the coffee table, open the lid to show her what good shape it's in, and out pops a cockroach! Take it from a man who knows, you'll be lucky to even hear the words Twenty and Dollars in the same breath!
