NOTE: This entry is for the Rubik's Cube itself, not the card game depicted. I thought it provided a useful point of comparison to the rest of the games in this geeklist.
According to Wikipedia, 350 million Rubik's Cubes were sold as of January 2009.

350,000 according to an informative Feb 2011 blog post by designer Frederic Moyersoen:
"The total sales for Saboteur has now reached 350,000 copies. France has beaten Germany with 90,000 against 83,000 sold copies. The third place goes for the Netherlands with 38,000 sold copies, which is not bad for such a small country."

1 million copies sold, according to an April 2010 news blurb on industry site Playthings.com.
Quote: Slamwich was released in 1995, and because of the game’s popularity, a collector’s edition was released in 2005...
Gage Brownell, owner of Belmont Toys, said Slamwich is consistently one of the store’s best selling games. Many customers come in asking specifically for Slamwich. Parents like the compact packaging, and that it teachers teaches reading readiness skills, like visual discrimination and sequencing. Kids like Slamwich because of the fast-paced flipping, stacking and slapping action.
Slamwich is a multiple award-winner, earning such honors as the highest rating from the Canadian Toy Testing Council, Dr. Toy’s Best Classic Toys and Oppenheim Toy Portfolio’s Gold Award.

57,000 physical copies in under a year, according to an April 2010 BGN article about the release of the iPad app. The various expansions had sold a total of 32,000 copies by that point. No mention was made of how much the game sold in its previous form as Vinci.
It'll be interesting to see how the iPad app sells.
