More of a Cthulhoid than an astrology game, but obviously star alignments are related. And the game reinforces the impression by making the first player based on the nearest birthday.

Based on the animals of Chinese astrology, I guess this counts? Its rating isn't that bad, either, although it's obviously not as 'high brow' as some of the others listed here.

I don't know if anyone still reads this list, but here is a late addition. I just added this game to the database recently.

Uranomachiais a medieval game, sort of like chess, The pieces ae the planets and the board represents the constellations. Compared to chess, it is horribly complicated because the playing pieces (the planets) movements are governed by pre-Copernican astronomical concepts.

The Oracle for those who want answers to everyday questions. In this game you interpret the symbols on the dice.
Ruler of the Board - a game from 2 or more players to see who can take possession and become Ruler of the board. - a game from 2 or more players to see who can take possession and become Ruler of the board.

Teotlatolli is a demanding card game for two players. Representing the antagonistic forces of the Aztec cosmos. In Teotlatolli, both forces try to get other godly beings of the Aztec cosmos on their side. At the end of the game the world faces the end of our age, the "5th sun", the only question is whether the destroying or the creating forces will dominate the coming age.
Each god's fate is connected to 4 astrological day signs and will follow only that side who reveals this fate (i.e. who collects the correct set of day-sign-cards). 4 of the 20 day-signs are of special relevance and are more powerful than the others. The first player who gets 9 gods on his side wins the game.

Essentially it's a version of Roulette which also includes set collection. Players can collect the season (suits) or the twelve signs of the zodiac. The game comes with a plastic roulette wheel, plastic chips in many sizes and colors, and a chip rack.

The year of publication, 1964, is a guess

Whoa, the two best rated Astrology games are 6.78 and 5.10.

Although I never played any of these, this very good mirrors my opinion of the theme...

A couple items that used to be on the list, but which have been deemed Not Games are Kabala (1967) and Prediction Rod (1970).

(Transogram) A marble determines the sign card to consult.

(Parker) Pick up a random disk magnetically and read a prediction.
