This was the game that inspired the list. Blame it on the game. I heard there was a comic book for this one- still I haven't seen it but I think it still makes the list.

Take a flawed game and try to paste a superhero theme on it and you get Heroes Inc. I really wanted to like it, but this game is a real stinker.

I wouldn't call it a stinker. More of a neutral scent. Like an indeterminate air freshner.

Not great, but not horrible.

The classic question: DC or Marvel? It was always Marvel for me esp. with the Secret Wars but who can deny the great stuff either company has done? The Indys are always around too. Well don't know about this board game but the movie was my favorite of the franchise to date.

Just a question . . . if kryptonite comes from the eploded pieces of Krypton which is galaxies away from Earth, then why does it seem like every one of Superman's villains has an ample supply?

Unfortunately, the game is entirely pedestrian. It centers around four "challenges" that devolve into random guessing exercises. The world needs a good Tick game (as well as a Tick movie, reborn Tick animated series, and while we are at it, more of the Patrick Warburton live stuff).

I LOVE horror comics. Especially the old EC ones. The suspense and romance ones were pretty fun too, but you really couldn't touch the horror comics in terms of sheer awesomeness.

I had hopes for this one, but it was dreadful. The parts are SO substandard when put up against other games and it's really not much fun to play. One player tends to get an obviously better team as there's no balancing mechanism.
