"It's too long"

From the BGG entry, "Playing time with 10 players is listed at 1200 hours"

12,000 man hours!? That's too long!

P.S. Only a geek would complain if someone told them, "It's too long!!!"

This presupposes that someone, somewhere has actually played this game to completion, rather than packing it in part way through. If that's ever happened, it remains unreported so far...

Usually the first game is off by a couple of hours as new players have to learn the rules. So, for the first playing of this I think its probablly close to 15,000 hours. If I'm teaching the rules 20,000 hours.

(not that I know the rules, I'm just bad at teaching)

"It's just multiplayer solitare"

From the BGG entry, "Nertz, also known widely as Pounce, is a fast paced card game where every player has their own standard deck of cards and engage in a form of multi-player solitaire."

I would name another multi-player solitaire game but I'd probably get banned!

From the BGG entry, "A trivia game for lawyers."

Lawyers & trivia combined. Yeah, that wouldn't be too complex.

"the theme is just pasted on"

Aside from the obvious paste-ons, from the BGG entry, "Busen Memo is a a memorization game, not dissimilar from Memory and Concentration. Here you must find the matching left and right breasts of 48 women."

This is probably a game that would be more popular with less paste-ons!

Sadly, the game doesn't seem to actually include 10,000 dice. Instead, it's a rolling game where you try to get combinations and make $10,000.

Pity, I'd love to get 10,000 d6 for the price of a regular boardgame.

Well, there's not a lot of skill involved in pooping. Like a good session report, it's your skill in paperwork that's crucial.
