Let me count the ways. Big boxes, little boxes, boxes with fancy latches, boxes with large compartments, everything a slightly (?) OCD gamer needs to keep the bits organized and ready for play (remember, the more time spent setting up and putting away, the less time spent playing).

Edit: Changed sort order to alphabetical for easier reference.

DungeonQuest (3rd Edition, Fantasy Flight Games) fits easily within a Plano 3600.

As you can see, I fit all the contents of the game + some d20's (for tracking life) and some extra d6's (for ease of play + cool factor!).

If using my custom tuck boxes I designed for the various decks, the 3600 makes a really snug and perfect fit (all files for custom tuck boxes and Hero mats are available here at BGG). Stack your tuck boxes like this:

Then put your Hero card tuck box in the middle like this:

Then slip your Plano 3600 in with the latches facing outward toward the side of the box. You'll need to line up the plastic ridge on the back of the Plano to fit in between tuck boxes. It should look like this:

This makes a nice, neat, and snug fit for all of your contents! Enjoy!

I love that most game boxes fit you nicely, even when I need two of you.

Edit: The large box is a Plano 3600, the small box is a 3455.

I found that Wrath of Ashardalon is easily stored in a Plano 3600 + a Plano 3630. The 3600 is useful for all the many, many chits, etc., while the 3630 is nice and deep, allowing for a couple of the larger tokens, the cards, and all of the mini's (except Ashardalon).

Here is the game all packed up in its retail box.

Here you can see the 3600 unstacked off of the 3630. Stacked together, they fill out the box perfectly, thus preventing it caving in any.

Here is the 3630 and its contents. The cards are stored in these fantastic tuck boxes! Thanks tin0men! They fit perfectly in the 3630.

Here is the 3600 and its contents. Nice neat fit for everything.

Here are the rest of the contents of the box. By fitting the tiles together in two piles, they stay neat and don't slide or fall apart. I'm going to find/make a tuck box for the character cards so I don't have to use a rubber band anymore, but for now it does the trick. Ashardalon is too beastly to be contained by any mere storage device!

I like this system quite a bit, and I can vouch for the current line up of Plano 3600 and 3630 models (as of 12-16-11).

I'm actually pretty damn proud of this one. Whilst I appreciate the effort Z-Man Games put into building a vacuum box that can hold everything, they can take their "game within a game" and shove it - if I wanted to do a puzzle, I'd go to Toys R Us and buy one. A mate has a copy of this, and we spend just as much time trying to put everything in its proper spot as we do playing, it seems. When my copy came in last week, I vowed to not follow that path.

Yes, that's EVERY map tile in the box, as well as every game piece, as well. It requires a *little* Tetris work to get all of the tiles in, but honestly it's pretty simple. The only things in baggies are the miniatures, and that's simply because the mech miniature is too big to fit in any sort of a box I could squeeze in next to the main Plano.

Plano 23780. Works like a charm.

Finally received my copy of Eclipse on this third printing... I can't believe I'm the first to add it here. I don't have Rise of the Ancients yet so I'll have to update this when I do. But for now I'm very happy with one baggie per player (all player-specific components), a GMT counter tray (for the upgrade parts), and a Plano 3500 for everything else (except for the tokens that go straight into their respective draw bags).

And now, with the expansion, I'm using two GMT counter trays and everything still fits:

Here's my storage for Elder Sign. I used a Plano 3500 to store the dice and all the bits. The cards are in their original baggies for now. I need to find a way to sort and store these so I can play straight out of the box.

I don't like having to sort out and stack cards all over the table. Plus the cards seem to just get jumbled as the game goes on.

So, when I first got Elder Sign, I immediately acquired a tiny six-compartment box from Ace Hardware that holds all the cardboard bits:

But I've been pimping my kit for this game pretty extensively, so that now the contents of that box are obsolete, mostly replaced by what is in this 13-compartment "medium" Ace box:

Dice replace counter tokens: green for doom, grey for clues, blue for sanity, and red for stamina. Eleven FFG Arkham Horror figs replace investigator tokens. The dodecahedral Cthulhu Die is for a house rule to inflict an extra penalty if an investigator is devoured.

Also, I have replaced the so-called (i.e. Derlethian) Elder Sign tokens with ceramic, glow-in-the-dark Lovecraftian Elder Signs (no plano action here, sorry):

Plano 3650 holds tokens on left and cards/tiles on right (except player pieces which are in baggies). Would even work with sleeved cards, but you'd need to move the tiles out of that compartment and into a baggie.
