A small corner of the world but it's mine...

We were living in a spacious apartment, in a wonderful neighborhood on the East side of Providence, Rhode Island. We loved the community, it was filled with nice quiet families.
On the weekends the local Jewish people would parade down the sidewalk and street dressed in their best on their way to temple. There were farmer markets and sidewalk artists. Also I always thought it was so cool living within biking distance of H.P. Lovecrafts eternal resting place at Swan Point Cemetary. We both loved it.
The rent was really cheap I mean really cheap. We were enjoying the extra cash and doing good at saving for our wedding and a house.
Then a couple moved in above us that are relatives of the landlord. They were in their late 40's but acted like teenage college students from that show the Jersey Shore. I had several confrontations with them and we decided cause there was no way they were going to leave we knew we had to.
So two years earlier then we planned we bought a house. It has lead to some difficult times and a lot more work then we were ready for but at least we have peace and quiet now.
This geeklist is about the progress of making one of the rooms into my gameroom/office.
I tried to use games in this list that receive little recognition and have a small mark on the world. I think we all feel that way about ourselves sometimes.
My door is always open to anyone from this great community here on BGG. So if your in the area and the light is on come knock on the door and we will have a game or two.
