Again, I was lucky. The seller on Ebay clearly didn't know the true worth of this and had it on as "buy now" for £10!!!! It was sold "as is," but was perfect.
The fact that I was and am waitng for the re-release of an updated version via P500 probably sometime next year did not stop me from getting this one!

This is the one I'd buy if I win the lottery. The climbing mechanics of games like Tichu with the clicking and tactile qualities of mah jongg.

Could potentially be one of the most expensive boardgames if you buy all of the figures that can be played with the game. Entire collection could run over $600.

An unpunched copy of this game went for $270 a few days ago on Ebay. That doesn't include the $30 shipping. The game has 7 mapboards and weighs a ton.

Sixth game in the Great Campaigns of the Civil War series. The series originally was published by Avalon Hill and then taken over by MMP when Avalon Hill folded. Problem was MMP decided to abandon the series and the result is two games in the series are now extremely hard to find. This one unpunched can go for $250 on Ebay.

This one barely made the cut. I sold it in April for $101.01. I kept wanting to make some sort of game around the neat geneology aspect to the game, but never did. Never played the game at all, as it wasn't my cup of tea (more conflict than the social simulation).

I recently picked up a clean used copy of this game for $54 (inc. shipping). Seeing the game go for over $100 on eBay, makes this a steal in my book!

Since the original retail price was about 70 Dollars this game surely is worth a few bucks. The last copy I saw on ebay went for a lot more than the 120 Euros I was willing to pay.
There hasn't been another copy on ebay yet...

I first heard about this game in 1990 but could never find it in the shops (very pre-net shopping). It never appeared on E-Bay either....until last week. It is now mine for £75.00 and the final fight was a costly affair between me, a French, German and Dutch bidder. This game is rarer than rocking horse do-do's.

Ok, I have to add this because apparently it isn't even in the SAME BOAT as the other games mentioned (and no pun intended)!
Next time you see this game pop up on ebay, add it to your watch list, just for fun. The last unpunched copy I watched went for over $380!! Yes, that three-hundred eighty dollars (plus shipping)!!! And it's on the freakin' P500 list already! So I'm not sure why anyone would pay this much, since it's going to be reprinted before long.
I also find it odd that there's a whopping ONE photo of War Galley to choose from on BGG. You'd think there would be a hundred...

A punched copy of this game went on ebay for $171 about a month ago. You should add this game to your list of OOP games your company is going to produce!

Typically runs between $150-$200 for a working tower/complete components, thanks to the famous intellectual property theft lawsuit in the early '80's that pulled "Dark Tower" off the market prematurely. I imagine a pristine copy (no split box edges, none of the little plastic flags broken) would go as high as $300.

Don't know about eBay or US$, but friend of mine (gameshop owner) told me this was very rare and expensive. I myself saw it at Essen, few yrs back. Pricetag was well over € 150, IIRC
