I was the lucky one who bought this from the used page on gateplay.com. It plays very quickly and is another nice little game that my girlfriend and I can play on a weeknight. I can thank my sister for telling me about it because she knew I was looking for a copy.

I recently picked up this excellent game in a math trade and its quickly becoming one of my very favorites.
Definitely between low and medium complexity (I feel its low... but folks have been getting mixed up on which buildings need to be built on which level or aren't tied to level until they've played through once or twice...) and provides just a hair over medium depth (do you block someone elses's growth by destroying their huts... or place tiles so that your huts are safe from lava flow... or try to do both... or neither this turn as you really need to expand your prescence on the board... do you focus on temples or go all out for an instant victory... etc?)
There seem to be some rumors of a reprint in the foreseeable future, and I sure hope its available for more people to enjoy soon!

Sorry for suggesting a game that's out of print, but if you can find Taluva (without paying a ridiculous price for it) it's an excellent game with no language on any of the playing pieces and only a few placement rules to learn. I checked the files (as suggested below) and the rules are available in Russian.
