Looks great! I made something alike myself (it's not as perfect as this one but its ok). It wasn't that hard, took me a day and a half (for four discard boxes and two sword racks) with the right tools it could be done in much shorter time.
You need to hook up some sort of speaker that makes a 'schling' sound of sword metal scraping against stone/other metal whenever a sword is removed....at least that was the first sound that entered my head when I saw this pic.
