It almost seems like the clock text needs to be rotated. My eyes start reading "Men Midnight" instead.

Why is the clock set to 11 and not 12?

Interestingly, I had the exact same comment when the MEN started at 9:00 instead of 7:00. I guess that's why I'm not a graphic designer.

Because surviving to Midnight is part of the challenge of the game...

I think the way it currently is would be the standard for such cases.

I suspect that regardless of how much I rotated it, the dot between MIDNIGHT and MEN causes people to start there. Perhaps I should have put it between the MEN and MIDNIGHT.

In any case, may I just reassure everyone that I am not the person responsible for the final production art.

I would have gone Midnight from 9:00 over the top to 3:00 and the start Men from 7:30 across the bottom to 4:30.

For Watchmen, it would have to be only a few minutes to Midnight.

My issue with that is that I wanted each letter to hit one of the 'hour' marks - otherwise the clock motif doesn't work as well. This is definitely readable, though, so perhaps starting MIDNIGHT at 9:00 (running clockwise until 4:00) and having MEN running counterclockwise from 8:00 to 6:00 or 7:00 to 5:00, with one dot between the two words, would work okay.

This is definitely the way to go, although please don't use this typeface, especially not stretched!!

some of the graphic artists on here are amazing. it would take me forever to have manipulated the above graphic as a suggestion. impressive.
you have 58 likes on here and its just a concept. also impressive.

our games have a lot of visual similarities. I'd love to learn from you.

lets start a Super hero Guild?
