These are the Werewolf cards I use. I play Werewolf with young teens, and these cards seem like a friendlier approach overall.
These particular ones are available as a PDF file created by Danny Novo that can be downloaded from Andrew Plotkin's site at http://www.eblong.com/zarf/werewolf.html Andrew is the one who originally put the Werewolf theme on Mafia and covers the history and details of the game there on his site. He mentions that his own cards are smiley face cards similar to these.
