Finally got a 3 player game up last weekend (we were waiting for 3 specific players who enjoy this game). This map worked Well. No complaints, the routes were perfectly placed.
May blow it up to double size for the next game, though - 13x19 inches is very small. We used typical 1cm wooden cubes for houses, along with the embassy towers from China. Still too fiddly - next time we plan to pirate an old Risk set to get smaller bits on the board.
Will try a 2 player soon... and a 4 player 'at some point'. 5 player...Not.
