Both, card and picture clearly show a PWR. In Germany all nuclear power plants are build the same way. The dome (the reactor building) can only be found at PWRs.

Those are actually BWRs.

Any light water reactor (BWR or PWR) can have a dome shaped containment building (the two newer units at Gundremmingen are in cilynder-shaped buildings, though. The dome building in the photo housed an old reactor and is no longer in use, not that the shape of the building matters at all, anyway). You can't really tell the difference between the reactor types from the outside of the building.
