That is awesome. Just Incredible. Did you make that, or did you buy it somewhere and paint it? When you play, do you actually place it on the board, and let the hobbits climb up? Is it the right size to do that? I love it.
I made it myself out of sculpey, made a rubber mould, and cast it in resin. It is designed to be put on the board, and the round "steps" are the right size for the Hobbits to go up.
yes, it does take the hobbits up to mount doom on the steps, that was the point to it

the model was designed to go on the board with the hobbits crawling up the steps. I am currently looking to cast up some more bits soon, looking at my descent bok or perhaps arkham horror for inspiration

Just an Update, I have managed to cast up 10 of these things, and will be painting them soon. will have another 5 done hopefully by the weekend, and will send them out on the 28th of this month.
also, I may put up another piccy soon of a bronze cast with ruby-like resin runes.
Update 2. - to those that have already made orders...
18 now Cast, 10 Painted. I cannot currently send emails, as my ISP suddenly doesn't like windows vista, so I will be contacting people shortly with costs for posting. I have decided not to put a price on the model itself. I am however, stopping at 20 mountains.
there are : 2 clear resin ones, 10 painted ones, and 6 unpainted ones. as some of you will want to repaint them, please tell me it you want one that is just undercoated. The clear resin ones look quite cool, but can be panted as normal should you so wish. please Geekmail me with the type you require.
