The originals are modeled after pins right? Pins seem a lot more historically and thematically accurate than poker chips...

yes, I know that although eveybody seem to appreciate the two identical sided faces. I tried a version with a pin here :

I used Cinema4D for both the modeling and the rendering (using Vray render).
