I'm really looking forward to this game.

I'm guessing that this setup will need a least 6' x 6' table. Does that sound about right?

6x6 with some overlap; 6'x7' would be better.

Well - I should have said "last version" until the next version, where I added all the little villages and lightened up the roads a bit.

Gee...I guess I never could buy a table that large for laying out all the maps...are there scenarios for one or two maps?

Sorry I missed this question before - yes, there are several one and two-map scenarios.

Okay, when you say 6' by 7' do you mean that is what the map actually needs so it doesn't fall off the table?

I can't think of many tables that are even 6'by 6' either.

So what would be a more exact dimension requirement for the maps by themselves?

Thanks!

I have it set up on a 1.8 by 2m table which is 72" by 80". That's a reasonably snug fit.

Actual map measurement seems to 66" by 78 or 79". I'll double check it for you.

I got around it by some thin (6mm or 1/4") mdf sheets and laying them over smaller tables.

Not sure what Dan means by overlap.

Cheers

This is my first Monster game and I'm going to be building a dedicated wargame table. So I'm going to do a 6 x 4 table with a hinged wing for the peninsula.
