No way, the Germans are gonna win because the T-34 (if it is one) is exploding soon, taking the Russians with it

Now well, to be honest, the picture seems to be a nice summary of the outcome of the war on the Eastern Front. We all know what happened.

This is what really happened.

The German running from in back of the T-34 early model, had been taking a wiz...exchanged his 'great coat' for a russian one off a dead Ruskie. He thought about sitting out the battle but decided to rejoin his group. In the meantime a whole battalion of red army forward units decided to mop up what is left of a Kamptgruppe defending the trench.

The Germans on the other hand were relying on air cover to protect them but thats when the overcast hit and they were forced to dig in. Thats when the Tank stumbled on them and was taken out with two hits from a Panzerfaust and a well aimed grenade down the hatch. Thats when our friend decided to take a leak.

The two Germans maning the MG in the foreground of the painting, were killed soon after I put my paint brush down in the mineral spirits. I signed it and left!

Yeah, we all know how the war ended. Hitler retreated from Britain right before he was about to destroy the RAF to attack the Soviet Union. Then right before he was about to conquer Moscow he divided his army in two and sent them separate ways. Then he refused mass production of the me262 which could have reversed the course of the war even after these 2 terrible mistakes. Now we have to listen to idiots boast about how their military was better than the Germans for what seems like an eternity!

It's just a classic example of people not understanding history very well due to their bias patriotism or simple lack of knowledge. There are plenty of other examples such as when the Europeans declared victory over a superior Mongolian army even though it was about to be cut to pieces when the Mongolian army turned away from Europe because of the death of their Khan.

It is good art though!

War is just childish. It's about somemeone not having the same opinion as someone else and killing eachother for it which is not the most logical thing to do.

It's fun in games, but those dumn people who join the army are only fighting because someone with too much power or money disagrees with someone else. To just join the army and saying you're fighting for your country is WRONG because you're fighing for someone else's opinion or income.

Now about this boardgame... I wanna play it, looks pretty neat!!

I believe the German army was the most superior at its time But everything has its limits; Germany couldn't deal with the sheer numbers it had to go up against.

Is it just me or does anybody else also think that the box looks like a box of 1/2 scale figures from Ceasar?
