I had the idea to create this, but it was my wife who got the project done. The idea was for her family to learn more about me and vice versa, but I think I got more comments from my own friends and family being surprised about moments from MY past.

I made a version of monopoly for my wife's 40th. The properties were all places she had lived and chance/CC cards were all events from her life. I called many of her friends and family to learn about things I would otherwise have no way of knowing. Went over very well.

I think that I like your version even better though! Great idea.

So did that woman actually use a knife to scratch her back?

The real question is: how did you manage to survive a game of Life and post pictures of the board? Or was this posted before you played it and then you succumbed to madness afterwards?

I still like the idea, I think I'd just do it with a GOOD game.

Wow! OK, you have more dedication to research than I.

LOL! I forgot that incident was on there. Yep, we were having our salads at the Olive Garden when she used a butter knife to relieve herself.

Well, I figured the theme went well and my audience was more likely to get it. Besides, I've already played this particular game and I think I've mastered the best strategy to win. Happily, I can assure everyone that it's not broken.

Now there's a sentence I never thought I'd hear.

It occurs to me when reading what I wrote that it might not have been clear that this woman was sitting with me and not simply at a nearby table. In fact, she was a blind date. I wish I was blind back then... cool
