In the prototype there was a grid to put the buildings on, each column being an industry level. Z-man has instead added the industry level of the buildings on the top right corner of the buildings.

A player gets to choose one building per turn, limited by their current industry level.

During the action phase the action(s) of the building are activated by placing a population marker on the circle on the building. The building cannot be used again until the marker is recycled off again.

The Finance level of an Empire determines how many markers they get to recycle off buildings each turn.

Note: The Docks is incorrect in this picture, it should have a plus, not a slash between the two actions.

I like the fact that theatre has the English spelling, I much prefer it (although not their accent )

It surprises me that the game is named Endeavor and not Endeavour though.
Design purposes? You prefer the spelling? Could you tell us why?

I guess Zev didn't spot the spelling of Theatre (I didn't know there was a difference until now), or it didn't worry him. Josh Cappel is from Canada I believe.

When discussing titles, we didn't push for the 'u' to be included at all, we assumed it would have to be the American spelling, with Z-man being a US publisher.

Looking back at old emails I stopped using Endeavour and started using Endeavor in emails to Zev around October 2007, which was only a few months after our initial contact with him.
