One of the players has obviously violated Rule C-22(a)6.50:
"Infantry units may not exit the map between hex 01234 and the town of Uzhhorod during daylight game turns, unless the phasing player has an Operation Gulliver command card."
I saw this the other day, but couldn't figure out how to save it from the flash file. Very cool picture. And very big board. I originally thought it was photo shopped.
