I'm pretty sure I've got a basic understanding of how the game works just from looking at this picture...start at the top right, kill a cow, take it to the taxidermist to have some boots made, load some hay bails into the rocket which is on its way to colonize "New Havre," go down the Super Mario pipe, defeat the red slime, fill your pockets with rocks and grab a log, have a fish dinner, take some money out of the bank so you can pay for your eye exam, try to read the letter "F" on a billboard from 3 feet away, then wave goodbye to your daughter and grandpa as you hop on your log and sail into the ever-present whirpool. Winner is the one who sinks the fastest due to having so many rocks in their pockets.
