To whom? People need to stop being offended for other people. The term "retarded" as a Pejorative has a long history, and hasn't had the connotations *you* likely think it does in my area for as long as I have lived.

The use of the word is to indicate strangeness, or atypical behavior, not mental illness.

And since we arn't allowed USING the term "retarded" (Which is a perfectly fine word, with a scientific meaning) to refer to the "mentally challegned" anymore, then it's fair game isn't it?
