Wait, how did that second snake get placed vertically? The one closest to the gator/croc is leaning on the sheep, but outside of some AMAZING balance I don't see anything holding up the other one -- and the monkey on top of it just raises further questions.

I noticed the same thing. If I had to guess, I'd imagine that it was originally leaning against the first vertical snake, and they afterward got wedged apart by the monkey. Which is just scary.

if you roll a two on the die, having to place two animals, can you place them at the same time, not one then another? this might let you place something like the snake and monkey.

That's just what happened. My friend just put three vertical snakes that weren't leaning on each other on a bare crocodile.

Yes, Finnish winter is very long, very cold and very dark...

Try it. It's difficult, but not impossible. Seen it and done it. It's even possible to put all the four snakes verrtically on a bare crocodile. Hold the snake from the very end of its tail.
