Amazing job. What type of paint did you use (I assume standard model paint), and are there any issues with it rubbing off?

I paint all of my miniatures with Apple Barrel acrylic paint which you can pick up cheaply at Michael's. Be sure to wash your miniatures first as they might have some oily release agent still on them from the manufacturing process.

After I paint the miniature I dip them in a Minwax wood stain. I use Golden Oak. Then I shake off / absorb the excess. This is commonly refered to as the "Magic Dip" process. It works to fill all the deeper cracks to add shading to the figure.

Finally, after that dries I coat the figure with a clear matte varnish (another Apple Barrel product). I haven't taken any particular care of the miniatures in the boxes. The paint holds well.

I have used minwax golden oak on some of my minis to. Seems to be a really good dip color.

By the way those do look great.
