A close up view of my custom game board. The 3D board and "realistic" terrain along with painted miniatures really take the game to the next level.

Nope, it's just white styrofoam. 71 cents a sheet.

they have special styrofoam cutters that heat up a wire and it cuts like butter. They only cost $5-10.

Shrink me down and I could live there! well, if it wasn't for the morbid odors and mannerisms springing forth from the battlelore personalities, and of course the constant bloodshed among other things......... .

4.5 volt battery, two wooden sticks, wire in whatever shape.

(Guess to make a river you may want something not straight and maybe you need a thicker wire then to hold the shape and maybe then the battery power isn't enough? Maybe you could stabilize a thinner wire someway else or kinda make it tea spoon sized and take away a small piece each time.)

(I suppose it work with 9 volt to. I've just only seen 4.5 .. , serial connected 1.5 volt batteries should work to I suppose.)

(Edit: Looks like tiles. I was thinking something more permanent , anyway, could probably be used for the hills or a river tile in styrofoam.)
