Not my most thumbed, but by far my favorite. I had just finished listening to No Simple Victory by Norman Davies and was reminded what a raw deal Poland got before, during and after WW II. While it is generally accepted today as myth that Polish cavalry attacked tanks, it certainly symbolized their courage and the futility of their position.
