It's more like Monopoly, both games have railroads...it's basically an expansion for monopoly that focuses on that aspect.

Agreed. This game looks amazing. I was on the fence between this and Age of Steam, but this picture alone has settled that argument.

My one and only complaint is that the scoring track looks so out of place on the board that it detracts from everything else. A minor gripe.

Doesn't make me mad; they probably fit better on the Steam scoretrack than the RRT scoretrack anyway.

But I'd prefer *wooden* trains.

I just received word recently that Mayday Games is planning on making wooden trains for TtR, so depending on the size (and how they look), they may be workable for this as well.

And as for the image, it just made me whimper like a dog who's begging at the table for food...that game looks delicious!
