I've never seen Dice that worn. I'm surpised the cards even survived.

They look chewed, like some people chew on their pens. There is even a chunk missing near the 2-pip. How else could dice wear out like this?

The players probably got hungry waiting for the game to end. I ahve played many games of risk that lasted well over 4 hours.
