I found these beauties in World in War: Combined Arms 1939-1945 and I was stunned!

I don't know if there are other "military" 10-sided dice out there, but until I find some, these are definitely keepers.

Mainly to generate Items (when using the random tables). Dice are not necessary, you can always cut the full deck of Special Ops (or a spare set of Events) to generate numbers from 1 to 10 (and, if necessary, 1 to 20 if you cut twice).
