Very awesome. I love Tzeench.

About how long did it take you for each group? And is the method solid panting and then painting it over?

Thanks! Tzeentch is my god of choice as well.

Hmm... I guess maybe six hours per god. I didn't really keep track of it though, might be faster. So far I think Nurgle took the longest, partially because they were the first to fall under the brush and partly because of a lot of small details, like boils, that take time to get good.

Yeah, I usually go with the classic highlighting technique; starting with a very dark base colour and then working myself up.

Great paintjob. Are these the classical "Games Workshop" colors? I was thinking about painting mine, only I wanted my Tzeentch greater demon to look like a Skeksis from The Dark Crystal...

Yeah, I've gone with the classical colour schemes (well, more or less) as that's what I'm used to. But there are now hard and strict rules, the general idea is that Khorne is red and bronze, Tzeentch is blueish, Nurgle is green and Slaanesh is usually pinkish or white (with a smatter of pastels).

Going with a darker colour scheme a la Skeksis would probably look great and fit the canon (if you care about such things).
