well... the power point slots should be a little narrower.
In fact they rotate, slip out of their storage space and move through the box.
On the opposite, the card slot could have been a bit larger: this way cards inserted in protector sleeves could still fit.

Actually this description was a joke. Although the tray is pleasing to the eye, and there is "a place for everything and everything in its place" arrangement, I find it to be annoying. You're right that the power token slots are too wide and thus allow movement, but at the same time I think they are too narrow as I can't fit my fingers in to remove them. I end up taking what I can out of the tray and then turning it upside-down to dump out what I can't get. This sort of defeats the purpose of the organized storage tray concept. Putting it all back in is an annoying hassle as well.

I have to agree. I just bought this game and I just threw out the insert. I'm all for an insert that works, but this one doesn't hold the pieces well and its too small to get your fingers in to pull out the tokens. Much easier to bag everything.

I just got done punching this one this weekend and was pretty annoyed with those grooves for the power tokens. I'm already thinking baggies, but it seems a shame to waste this insert. I was just thinking..."bags and bins, man, bags and bins!"

It is a pretty tray but we ruinied it within two games! our fingers grabing at the peices smashed and smushed some of the plastic in, now not only is it still a pain in the butt to get in and out, but it dosnt even look nice anymore....

TIME FOR BAGGIES....

I'm punching this right now, and I'd just like to second everything that's already been said.

I DO like the tray, it's much better than others and I appreciate the effort since many games don't even come with one, at least here you have the option to keep it or discard it.
