The yellow one is the "Inspiration" die.
I used photo paper (printed in a photo store) and Nich's indented dice. If you need some, just contact him, he still sells them (and he's a nice guy):
All the graphic files you need to make your own dice (these or custom) are in the files section (including vector images of the icons).
