Looks like most pictures related to GW games on BGG will soon look like this... Why don't we just simply take all their games out leaving a title and a caption "This GAME has been removed at the request of the Games Workshop"?
I can't help but think there's some sort of backstory here. When I first saw this image, I thought it was real, but after reading the "added notes" I couldn't help but laugh. "Check logos" and "sue this guy" are pure gold.
I am not sure, how many files were requested to be pulled? Four? Much ado... Love the series though!
The request was "pull these four and consider everything else", that's quite different and does start to justify the fuss in this relative drama free environment.
GW´s sure sucks ass in a bad way is all I can say, how lame are these guys, I can not wait till GenCon - If I see people playing their games I will have to ask why they support such senseless stupid greedy people?

ya , but far be it from GMW to admit their success has anything to do with the fans/customers . it would take away from their feelings of superiority and uptightishness . conversly , when their profits take a dip or any of their lines dont do as well as they just know they should , its all the fans fault for not diving into their wallets as GMW has ordered them to do .

The same GW guidelines that basically: forbid GW based avatars, forbid GW based tattoos, and say any pictures of painted models need to have GW attribution (that says you are using thier stuff without permission), and more crazy stuff like that.

If you had fan material removed, here are some items that might be of interest to you, although the two "stamped out" and "kicked out" microbadges were (in concordance with my own view, actually, but it was still fun making them) judged too controversive). Here you can at least see them, even though you won't be able to get them anywhere.

No, thank YOU for making this image. GW deserves all the grief over this blunder. It probably won't make any difference in the short run but the long haul they might of pushed enough to stop supporting them that they might eventually notice.

Seems that GW material are not the only things that risks to disappears. Kwanchai's Ogre redisign has been removed after SJG complained about it, and now each picture of it containing the word "Ogre" is removed as well...
