Somebody had to make this card. Saved you the time. whistle
I made it totally from scratch. I couldn't find any good clean scans of a card, plus, it would look off anyway. Did the best I could.

I'd never noticed how uncomfortable he was with the below video, but I think that's more about public speaking in front of a live audience than anything else, because he notes a couple of his favourites.
