I just pulled out this game from my pile to play with a friend and his 8 year hold son + another friend. I had forgotten how fun this game was and how it appeals to everyone (we also had hardcore gamers at the table).
We had so much fun (My friend's son was laughing so hard) that I was compeled to paint my bots so that next time we play (cause this game will surely see some game time in the near future) we'll be able to identify them more quickly on the board. I for one was always playing someone elses bot .

I always love it when people add some colour to these little guys!
Thanks everyone. Quite humbling (and an honor) to be among the Eldar of Roborally creativity (Gotta love those custom boards!)

I absolutely love Twonky with that giant gun. Iiiiiiincredible.
Initially, I wanted to give twonky a tough look to match the seriousness that should go with sporting a mounted gun, but decided against it in the end since I wanted to keep a bit of the Whimsical that set's RR from the crowd. For me, Twonky hits my nostalgia soft spot since he reminds me of the damaged version of V.I.N.C.E.N.T. the robot from the movie "The Black Hole" that I watched sooooooo many times when I was a kid:
