This captures the game perfectly... Two of you are in a heated accusation debate in the background while one of the real cylons realizes he doesn't actually NEED to do anything to sabotage the mission
Absolutely AWESOME picture. Jim, do you mind if I save it to my own PC to show my wife?
Thanks. Feel free! "Honey, see this picture? This is the guy that helped with Noah's auction. And so is this guy, and this guy, and this guy, and this guy, and this guy."
Can I add that you bear a slight resemblance to James Edward Olmos with those glasses?
Great pic
Took me a second to realize it was all you... My first thought was, Wow! That guy has a lot of brothers of the same age that bear similarity to game with! ...oh, the ignorance...
It took me a bit to research the name... but any guy with a white cat on his lap SHOULD be considered the Cylon (think Dr. Claw)! (A great Photoshop pic!)
"Well, hello there! My buddies and I are just finishing a round of our latest and most favorite boardgame, Battlestar Galactica. Why don't you pull up a seat and join us? . . . . . . "
That cat is clearly a Cylon duplicate of my cat, they look identical. Speaking of identical... you don't look identical even to yourself, that's kind of worrisome. Great job.
Good grief! What an awesome job! I would never have twigged to the fact that all these people are the same guy if I hadn't scrolled down and seen cbs42's comment!
Honestly, I didn't even think there must be some brothers involved -- I was so mis-directed by the different hair styles, shirts, and especially the beard that at a glance I only had a very vague, mostly subconscious awareness that there were some remarkably similar noses involved! I even, thinking back, was convinced that the guy in the back with the black shirt was older than the rest, and figured that the two on the left were probably a bit younger!
So, instead, what did my conscious brain come up with out of my first glance at this picture? I thought about how typical it was that there would be a gaming group of guys -- just like the one I belong to -- who are all in the 30-55 age range and all share a certain kind of slightly-geeky average-guyness, and yet underneath that similarity have strikingly different personalities. I not only saw five different people, I was even subconsciously comparing each of you to five different individuals or types that I've known!
This should also be in a "How to sneak cat pictures past Geekmod" geeklist.
It is getting harder to sneak cat pictures here nowadays. I got rejected a lots of pictures recently, that, in my opinion, were relevant and interesting, not really understanding why, only to notice a common factor on each of them: one of my cat sitting next to the game (or inside the box). Now, considering I have 6 cats at home, I might as well forget trying to upload pictures on BGG...
