This card doesn't make any sense with the standard rules. You are not allowed to search through your discard pile; and you are not allowed to set this card aside when you play it. How will you end up choosing where it goes? It seems to me that the card needs to say on it "when this card leaves play at the end of your turn; set it aside. When you shuffle, place this card into your draw deck anywhere you like."
That would need a new mat for set-aside stashes... but I don't see how else it could happen. You NEVER get any benefit from card-text except when you choose to play that card. The act of shuffling by itself isn't playing any card; and so it wouldn't allow you to take advantage of any card-text.
only because it specifically says REACTION. It'd be like claiming the same thing with duration cards. They are a different type of card and don't hold to the same rules.

So you now have a treasure card that doesn't hold to the same rules!!

The Coat of Arms of Clan Montgomery - Scotland. Yes, that's a woman with the head of a savage in her hand, and an anchor. No clue what it means, but it's cool.
This card would make for a really interesting game with Thief.
