The elder sign is actually done in high flourescent teal glow in the dark paint. Why you ask? Well because I had some laying around the house silly. Pointless I suppose because you would never play Arkham Horror in the dark with all the reading. But since I failed at making it able to collapse for storage, it is kinda cool to see a glowing elder sign on my bookshelf when it's night time.
